It’s finally here! Wear your gloves, hats, layers tomorrow – it was cold and windy during set up today and will be even colder tomorrow. Thanks to Clint McCormick and Dave’s Running Shop and the rest of today’s set-up crew (in the photos..and Colin Clarke & Stacy Warren, not pictured!) Thanks to the Huntleys and American Rent All for donating so many needed items for tomorrow’s race.

Our St. Rose tent will be at a different location tomorrow – it will be by the start line, in the row of tents. We are not planning to walk the course tomorrow, as our kids have run this course multiple times and there are no changes. Cadets and Juniors arrive at normal time, unless you’re volunteering. Pee wees and Minors arrive at 10:30 – feel free to bring blankets for the kids to huddle in the tent with! (Volunteers arrive by 10).

Since our tent is right by the start and finish, your runner can take layers off right before the race starts and leave them in the tent. Or, coaches may have a bag with them to bring to the finish line.
There is a trophy ceremony right after the Cadet boys run, for all Juniors and Cadets.

MASS & BANQUET
5:00 Mass – Pee wees and Minors sit with parents. Coaches, Cadets, and Juniors sit up in reserved section.
Banquet – BRING LAWN CHAIRS and PICNIC BLANKETS We still plan to hold this outside, unless weather is unbearable. Then, we will use our lawn chairs and blankets on the floor of the gym and have an indoor picnic.
